Terms and Conditions

Room rates are per night, nett.

Room rates are for Sunday - Thursday nights. Weekend or public holiday fees may apply.

Extra guests are permitted in selected apartments at $40 per night on a designer sofa bed.

Furry friends are permitted in selected apartments at an additional per night fee.

Cancellations and amendments - we know COVID is tough to navigate, so let us assist; cancellations must be received by 9am of the arrival day, to avoid a cancellation fee of one night’s accommodation.

To accept these rates on behalf of Clear Horizon please respond to this email. We will then upload discounted corporates rates into our internal system, as well as GDS if applicable, as well as send through a Credit Card Authority Form.
